Walkthrough

Travel to Izlude and find the NPC Fashion Glasses Quest at coordinates (135, 96).
Talk to it and pick "Requirements" to learn the conditions, then choose "Accept".
Obtain 1 Jack be Dandy and 1 Scarlet Dyestuff — drop them from monsters or buy them from other players.
Return to the NPC and select "Make Item".
It will take both items and hand you the Fashionable Glasses.
You may run the quest again on another day if you want another piece.
